Maria Antonietta Onida was born in Turin , where she lives and works.
She has approched painting under the guidance of Sergio Albano and engraving wit Nando Eandi. She has attended an engraving course at Albertina Accademia in Turin.
The debut in the public and private galleries took place in 80' years and since then she has taken part in numerous exhibitions of painting and engraving. She has also been invited to national and international Biennials. Her works have been published in specialized magazines and reviews, as well as on catalogues of several national and international graphic exibitions. She was belonging to the “Associazione Incisori Veneti”.
For several years she has worked in a primary school for a project in art-terapy for children with disabilities and she in now teaching painting to pupils of primary school.
