Olivia Pegoraro, printmaker and painter, was born in Schio (VI) in 1975 and she lives and works in Piovene Rocchette (VI).
Following the artistic maturity at the Art School  U. Boccioni of Valdagno with G. Fabbris and when she was just seventeen, she began exhibiting its drawings and paintings. She continued her  studies at the Accademy of Fine Arts of  Venice  where she studied engraving techniques  and in 1999 devotes her  thesis to  the history of engraving  with rapporteur G. Quaresimin. That same year she followed  a course on H. Goetz techniques  at the  International School  of graphics arts in Venice and in 2000-2002 she attended the biennium specialization in  graphic art at  the International School in printmaking “II Bisonte  in  Florence directed  by prof. A. Ceccotti where she became an engraver-printmaker.
Since 2003 she teaches arts and later founded the Cultural Association "La Piccola Scuola d’Arte"  in Piovene Rocchette  (VI). She exhibited her works  in Italy and Europe getting some awards.   From 1996 to present she has recorded and printed over a hundred matrices obtained with all techniques, although she prefers etching, drypoint, soft ground etching and linocut. Many of her works are held in public and private collections in Italy and abroad.
She was a member of  A.I.V. directed by G. Trentin. She’s present in  the Repertorio degli Incisori Italiani of Bagnacavallo (RA),  member of Associazione Nazionale Incisori Contemporanei (association that won the second prize at the Bitola's Triennal in the 2015),  in the  Associazione-galleria “Il quadrato” of Chieri (Turin). She was a member of Associazione Nazionale Incisori  Italiani  di  Vigonza (PD) and "MassenzioArte" in Rome.
